Competition Rules and Terms and Conditions

By entering the Competition participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions:

To enter the competition participants must send an SMS to the premium rated short code.

In making participants entry participants acknowledge that we will automatically record participants telephone number. This is essential to allow us to answer any queries from members of the public in regard to whether we have successfully received their entries.

Each SMS will cost R1.50/ R 2/ R3/ R5 incl VAT using the Vodacom, MTN, Virgin or Cell C networks. The sms cost will depend on the competition.

The Competition is open to all SA residents aged 18 years or older, unless ineligible to enter as set out elsewhere in these terms and conditions and by entering the Competition participants warrant that participants are 18 years or older

All errors billed

If participants are not available to take up the prize then we reserve the right to award the prize to another winner

If participants are not the bill payer, participants must get permission from the bill payer before playing.

All winnings are verified by an independent auditor.

We may withdraw or cancel the competition for any reason and at any time and may change any prize to a prize of similar value.

In the event of any dispute regarding the Competition, the decision of Red Cherry shall be binding and no further correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

Red Cherry reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

Employees of Red Cherry and any associated company, their families and anyone connected with Red Cherry and the Competition, or those ineligible to enter under other clauses in these terms, may not enter the Competition and are not entitled to win the prize.

The winners of the competition acknowledge that their name may be publicised.

You may enter as many times as you would like.

Red Cherry may disqualify participants from winning the prize if it has reasonable grounds to suspect participants may be in breach of these terms and conditions and/or their participation in the Competition may be fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.
